Participation in the meeting of the City Council of the National Methodological Center «Іnstitute of Climate-Oriented Agriculture of the NAAS»

On July 17, 2026, leading researcher Viktoriіa RUD took part in a meeting of the Coordination and Methodological Council of the National Methodological Center «Institute of Climate-Oriented Agriculture of the NAAS» (Zoom) and presented a report for the first half of 2026 on fundamental task 05.01.01.04.F, dedicated to the scientific foundations of vegetable production under various irrigation systems and climate change scenarios (NAAS Research Program 05).

The Council Chair, Acting Director of the Institute of Climate-Oriented Agriculture of the NAAS, Professor Oleksiі DANCHUK, delivered an opening presentation on the climate challenges facing the agricultural sector amid the war.

Vira BOROVYK, Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences, discussed the adaptation of agricultural production through the introduction of niche crops.

The meeting summarized the results of 7 fundamental and 10 applied projects, reviewed the reviewers’ suggestions, and identified priorities for further scientific research.

The event brought together 63 scientists.
