Participation in professional development courses
From July 3 to 7, 2023 (on-line), advanced training courses were held at the National Scientific Center "Institute of Agriculture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine".
The students of the courses were the scientists of the institute: the head of the Department of Breeding and Seed Production of Vegetable and Melon Crops, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Researcher Kondratenko Serhiy Ivanovych and Researcher of the Biennial and Rare Crops Selection Laboratory, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Oksana Petrivna Ovchinnikova.
The training included a number of questions:
- Modern approaches to filing applications for Ukrainian and foreign patents.
- The disaster at the Kakhovsky Reservoir – a forecast of ecological consequences.
- The use of wild species of the genus Aegilops in modern breeding of winter wheat.
- Patent case.
The role of soil microorganisms in the synthesis and destruction of humus. - Basics of applied mathematical analysis in agricultural research.
- Features of modern technologies for growing grain crops.
- Selection of alfalfa.
- Diseases of cereal grain crops.
- Scientific and technological bases of production of ecologically safe herbal fodder.
The Green Course is a practical toolkit for the implementation of climate-innovative solutions in the agro-industrial complex of the state:
- Institutional foundations of green modernization of agriculture in the context of climate change.
- Scientific basis of adaptation of modern agricultural systems in the context of the development of the green course.
- Age-related changes in humidity and climate productivity of the Central Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.
- Formation and development of organic short-rotation crop rotations.
- Resource-saving tillage technologies are a fundamental component of renewable agriculture systems.
- Scientific foundations of the development of organic farming in Ukraine.
