Joint work with the Institute of Potato Growing of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences

The Institute of Vegetable and Melon Growing of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciencescontinues to collaborate with the Institute of Potato Growing of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences. Research is being carried out to study the varietal reaction of potatoes when grown in the conditions of the Eastern Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.
Test nurseries of such domestic varieties as Slauta, Fotinia, Myroslava, Shchedryk, Melania, Sluch and others have been established. Phytosanitary monitoring and cleaning of crops is carried out. Determination of the dynamics of yield accumulation of early ripening varieties is carried out every ten days. The obtained data will make it possible to identify promising varieties of selection of IPG NAAS, suitable for further distribution in the region.
