Аn online meeting of the Coordination and Methodological Council (CMC)
On July 13, at the Institute of Vegetable and Melons Growing of NAAS - the Main Scientific Institution for the Implementation of the Scientific Research Program of the National Academy of Sciences 20"Vegetable and Melons Growing" for 2021-2025, an online meeting of the Coordination and Methodological Council (CMC) was held, where the reports of scientific research of works (SRW) for the first half of 2022 in the format of a ZOOM conference.
Representatives of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, managers and responsible executors of scientific tasks, both of the Main Institution (IVM of NAAS) with the network (research stations: Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Mayak) and scientific institutions co-executives of the program took part in the work of the CMC: IH of NAAS, IIA of NAAS, Zakarpattia SARS of NAAS, Cherkasy SARS NSC IA and Southern SARS IWPaLR of NAAS.
The CMC was opened with a welcome speech by the director of the IVM of NAAS, Dr. of Agricultural Sciences Oleksandr KUTZ.
The tradition of listening to a scientific report, which was presented by the head of the department of selection and seed production of vegetable and melon crops, was extended by Dr. of Agricultural Sciences Serhiy KONDRATENKO on the topic "Methods of analysis of qualitative characteristics in the selection of vegetable plant species on the example of leaf lettuce."
At the meeting of the Council of Ministers, 31 reports of the SRW for the first half of 2022 were considered and approved. Despite the military situation in the country and the fact that some co-executive institutions are under occupation, scientists have fully completed the tasks of the SRW in accordance with the Technical Tasks and Work Programs for 2022 and provided timely submitted reporting materials.
The members of the CMC noted the high scientific and methodological level of conducting scientific researchs on the tasks that are included in the PND 20"Vegetable and melon growing" and their high effectiveness.
