Professional development courses
23–25 June 2026, staff members of the Institute of Vegetable and Melon Growing of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences (NAAS) – Oleksandr Dmytrovych Vitanov, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Chief Research Fellow; Head of the Laboratory for Innovative and Investment Development of the Vegetable Market and Intellectual Property. Lіudmyla Anatoliivna Terokhina, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Research Fellow; and Viktoriіa Petrivna Rud, Leading Research Fellow, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Senior Research Fellow Victoria Petrivna Rud underwent professional development courses for research and academic staff at the NAAS Institute of Water Problems and Land Reclamation (IWPL NAAS) entitled «Water Security and Land Reclamation in the Context of Climate Change», which were held online (via the ZOOM platform).
The training was attended by representatives of research institutions, research stations and higher education institutions, as well as managers and specialists from regional and district departments of the agro-industrial complex. A total of 65 people took part.
The training served as a platform for professional dialogue, the exchange of experience and the dissemination of innovative knowledge, which will contribute to addressing water-related challenges in agriculture and the training of a new generation of specialists.
