Professional development courses

16–18 June 2026, staff members of the Institute of Vegetable and Melon Growing of the NAAS: Oksana SERHIІENKO, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Research Fellow; Oksana SHABETІA, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Research Fellow; and Liudmyla TEROKHINA, Candidate of Economic Sciences and Senior Research Fellow Viktoria RUD, Doctor of Philosophy Liubov PYLYPENKO, Candidate of Agricultural Nelia CHEFONOVA, Larysa RADCHENKO, Lina SOLODOVNYK, Maksym SERHIІENKO, Serhii NEMCHENKO and Dmytro DOLOH attended professional development courses for research and academic staff, which were held online (via the ZOOM platform) at the Institute of Climate-Oriented Agriculture (ICOA, NAAS).

The training was attended by representatives of research institutions, research stations and higher education institutions, as well as managers and specialists from regional and district departments of the agro-industrial complex. A total of 101 people took part.

The training served as a platform for professional dialogue, the exchange of experience and the dissemination of innovative knowledge, which will contribute to the development of climate-smart agriculture and the training of a new generation of specialists.
