Participation in the meeting of the Presidium Bureau of the NAAS

On November 19, 2025, Deputy Director for Scientific Work, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Oksana Volodymyrivna Sergienko took part in a meeting of the Presidium Bureau of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences, which considered the following issue: “Organization of the effective use of genetic resources” (speaker: Viktor Kuzmich Ryabchun, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Deputy Director for Scientific Work with Plant Genetic Resources at the V. Ya. Yuriev Institute of Plant Growing of the NAAS). The Presidium Bureau considered topical issues regarding their effective replenishment and conservation for use in agricultural crop breeding programs to ensure biodiversity and, in the future, food security for humanity.
